  Flying off to Shanghai tomorrow afternoon It's a package tour but I hope it will be enjoyable coz I really need a good break to sort out my thoughts and to relax. Packing my luggage is a nightmare as I will be going for 9 days and the amount of stuff to cart along to a cold country is overwhelming. Was still debating whether to bring the down jacket as it was puffy and a pain to pack even with the vaccum bag. But the weather is going crazy so I'm squeezing that into the luggage in case the Jiangnan area drops to 2 degrees celsius at night.
I pray that the toilets will be decent.......Jee Niang has warned me about the doorless toilets, so I have prepared my axe oil and umbrella....hahaha!

  Ai Ling's wedding - 28th November 2007 My dearest friend has been anticipating her Big Day for the past few months. I think coping with work and preparation for the wedding must have taken a toil on her but it's great to see her looking fabulous and svelte on her wedding day.

Love the dress that she wore for the photo shoot that day. Photos will be uploaded later...(Don't worry Prawny, I'm putting up the ones at East Coast park)
Having know this lovely lady for almost 12 years, it's was an overwhelming experience to be by her side and to see her embarking on a new chapter of her life.

Defintely one of the most memorable weddings I have attended for the past few years... touching and sweet.

  Back from Cambodia on the 25th November I was sad to leave the place. Having had so much fun (and surprisingly not even thinking of work though this is a working trip). Great company (students and colleagues alike), good food (most of the time), Great scenery and sights......Wahhh! I was half hoping for our flight to be delayed so that we can stay on for 2 more days..heheheh!
The beady eye joker/paparazzi/gourmet lover/ wine connosieur and I took a whopping total of almost 400 photos. Glad I brought along another camera. I realised Baby (Casio camera) does give decent pics if you know her functions well enough.
Too many photos to upload so I'm burning all for friends and students on the trip.
Will try to upload some memorable ones online once I'm back from Shanghai.
Ariel's (the notebook) wireless connection is giving me a headache as I have to reconnect her to the internet every few minutes. Gotta call the Broadband people tomorrow......  ¶ 5:59 PM 0 Comments
